BarleyGreen captures the nutrients in green barley grass, and the power of BarleyGreen is found in the combination of nutrients. BarleyGreen is a whole food concentrate; that is, it is as close to its natural state as possible and thus supplies the nutrients in a natural proportion.
The barley used for BarleyGreen is organically grown and harvested when the leaves contain the widest spectrum of nutrients. The leaves are then juiced (not milled, as many other barley grass products are) and spray-dried, using a patented, low-temperature processing method.
